This website provides general information about Form V Designs and our website design, development, redesign, landing-page, managed hosting, maintenance, domain and SSL setup, analytics and Search Console setup, Google Business Profile integration, and related website support. Where included, foundational on-page SEO is part of a website build rather than an ongoing SEO service. We may update, correct, suspend, or remove website content at any time without notice.
Inquiries, quotes, and demos
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, requesting a call, or receiving a free website demo does not create a client relationship, reserve project availability, or obligate either party to proceed. Quotes and proposals are estimates unless a written agreement states otherwise, and they may expire or change if project requirements change.
Client projects and separate agreements
Actual services are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written contract. That agreement will define the applicable scope, fees, deposits, payment schedule, timing, revision limits, client responsibilities, acceptance process, cancellation or refund terms, ownership and license rights, hosting, maintenance, support, and other project-specific obligations. Changes, severability, and waiver
